Ruben E. Melendez has spent over twenty years developing the enterprise methodology that became StrategyOps 2.0, work at the intersection of enterprise strategy, financial value realization, and human-AI architecture.

The intellectual arc runs from his early StrategyOps work through the SSAC model and the TSR Causation Stack to the current AI-era evolution of the framework. He is the sole creator of the 18 proprietary models that constitute StrategyOps 2.0.

His work spans North America, with active engagements in the United States and Mexico. VALTICS LLC serves as the authorized global distributor of the framework, its certified programs, and the AI systems that operationalize it.
